PEELING THE ONION-DEEP DIVE
There are many layers to building out and revamping your DEI efforts and this calls for a deep dive into various facets of your organisation. We will peel the layers of biases upon working backwards from day 1. This session will encompass of honest, real conversations in order to be willing to build programmes and systems that are equitable for those existing in your oragnisation and for those who are yet to join your organisation. Here, we will explore how biases intersects with each other, resulting in gatekeeping. We will be dismantling pieces in order to reform and rebuild for equity.
